1. Who we are
ParkProceeds is operated by GrowTomorrow LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the ParkProceeds web app (app.parkproceeds.com) and this website handle. The Service is for licensed real-estate agents and is invite-only. Our Terms of Service apply alongside this policy.
2. What we collect
- Account information: your email address and a user identifier from our authentication provider, your organization and role (membership), and timestamps such as when records were created.
- Estimates you enter: property address and lot, county, sales price, payoffs, lot rent, taxes, fees, and other deal figures and notes you choose to type in.
- Export snapshots: each time you export an estimate, we save an immutable record of its inputs and result. PDFs are generated from these records on request rather than stored as files.
- Organization branding: a logo and the agent name, title, contact details, and brokerage line your organization chooses to print on its PDFs.
- Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address and request details) kept by our hosting provider for security and operation.
We do not ask for passwords, Social Security numbers, or payment card numbers.
3. How we use it
We use this information to provide and secure the Service: to sign you in, show you your organization’s estimates, calculate and produce net sheets, send sign-in codes and service notices, respond to support requests, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use third-party analytics.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use only essential cookies. A sign-in session cookie (pp_session) keeps you signed in; it is HttpOnly and Secure. Two short-lived cookies (pp_oauth_state and, when you follow an invite, pp_invite) exist for up to ten minutes during sign-in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and the app stores only a single preference in your browser’s local storage — the date you dismissed the “add to Home Screen” tip, so we don’t show it again right away — and nothing else. This website sets no cookies.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run ParkProceeds on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosting and the database, stored in the United States;
- WorkOS — authentication, including emailing one-time sign-in codes.
We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or the security of the Service. Other members of your organization can see that organization’s estimates. We do not share your data across organizations.
6. How long we keep it
We keep information while your account and organization are active. Exported snapshots are kept as records of what was produced and shared. To ask us to delete your information, or an organization’s, email hello@parkproceeds.com; we will handle the request within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some information where the law requires it or for legitimate record-keeping, and you may be required to keep transaction records yourself under real-estate rules. Backups and logs age out on their normal schedules.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with our hosting provider. Access to production data is limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users as required by law if a breach occurs.
8. Children
ParkProceeds is a professional tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, and to correct or delete it. Residents of Texas and other states may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests as the law requires. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. To make a request, email hello@parkproceeds.com. We may need to verify your identity first. If your information was entered by your agent or brokerage (for example, you are a seller named on an estimate), you may contact us, but your agent or brokerage is the primary controller of that information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date. For material changes we will give notice, for example by email or in the Service.
